Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh (Adults Only), Hurghada

The resort offers a unique and luxurious experience with great facilities, a long beach, delicious food options, and friendly staff. The rooms may be a bit outdated but are still comfortable, especially with amazing views.

My stay at this resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, the overall experience was fantastic with a unique style, luxurious facilities, and a long beach. The dining options were great, the staff were friendly, and the gym was top-notch. However, some aspects like the size of the rooms and the consistent supply of towels could be improved.

The location is perfect and beautiful, with amazing views and helpful staff like MR Mahmoud. The dining experience was good, especially at the food court. The service provided by Mr Ramadan in the Restaurant and Mr Mustafa in the reception was very friendly, but there were issues with currency exchange rates. The location is awesome, particularly for snorkeling enthusiasts, but some interactions, like with passport control, were unnecessary. The dining experience was not exquisite, with limited food options, especially for British/Dutch tourists. The facilities are well-equipped and satisfactory.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean and in good condition, but on the other hand, the professionalism was lacking. However, the quick response from the hotel manager, Mohamed Hassan, who provided a free room upgrade to a family room made a huge difference.

The resort offers a mix of experiences; while the rooms in building complex 4 need complete renovation and are slightly smaller than other Albatros resorts, the overall luxury and varied facilities create a unique and lavish atmosphere. The beach is extensive, the dining options are delicious, and the GYM is top-notch.

Staying at the resort was like a magical escape with amazing outside style, but a bit far from the beach.
